Patient Care Coordinator - Case Worker

We are looking for a Registered Social Worker to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably has 1-2 years of work experience in social work or related fields.
• Required skill(s): an advantage - good written and oral communication skills in English, good administrative skills, word processing skills, people handling skills, good with figures, patient care and service.
• Keen analytical abilities, Has the capacity to absorb procedural information.
• Flexible; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to social justice (has empathy combined with a genuine desire to improve the quality of the lives of patients), integrity and emotional maturity.
