- Provide frontline support to patients, caregivers, providers, pharmacies, and advocates with prescription insurance and pharmacy benefit questions, copay and out-of-pocket cost assistance, manufacturer copay card programs, enrollment and activation support, pharmacy claim research, eligibility and coverage questions, high-volume inbound calls and emails, and accurate documentation and appropriate
