Monitor payment transactions to troubleshoot any issues and ensure efficient processing for clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and finance, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Track key performance indicators and success metrics related to client relationships and payment processing efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school graduation (10th Pass) is mandatory. Proven experience in sales or relationship management, ideally in a financial technology setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with clients. Familiarity with digital payment solutions and related tools is preferred. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset to enhance overall client experience.
