PAYOR CREDENTIALING

Requirements (from image bullets):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education is preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting (patient care) or equivalent experience in a healthcare BPO, medical group operations, payer, or contract administration.
- Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty care is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity, and other payer portals is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks is preferred.
- Understanding of medical staff bylaws and credentialing committee workflows is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
