Job description
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR team and manage accurate, on-time payroll for a large, multi-site workforce.
Tasks
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Calculate shift allowances, overtime, additions, deductions, and penalties
- Review attendance and leave data from multiple sites before payroll closing
- Handle social insurance and tax-related calculations in line with Egyptian labor law
- Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with HR and Accounting
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of payroll experience
- Background in security companies or similar large-workforce industries (required)
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR/payroll systems is a plus
- High accuracy, integrity, and strict confidentiality
Schedule
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday off
