Peaker Packer

We are seeking a dedicated Peaker Packer to join our dynamic team in Medinīpur, West Bengal, India. Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and pack products for shipment according to standard operating procedures. Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and maintain workflow efficiency. Inspect packed products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Assist in organizing and maintaining the packing area to promote a safe working environment. Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and suggestions for packing processes. Support cross-training initiatives by learning various roles within the packing department. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven skills in packing and inventory management. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is ideal.
