Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide highest standard of outpatient and in-hospital medical care to patients
- Monitor health, growth, and development of patients from birth
- Take responsibility for accurate charting and documentation
- Manage cases for patients with chronic conditions
- Consult with Medical Director on diagnosis or management issues
- Prescribe essential medicine to patients
- Participate in daily team meetings and huddles
- Serve as preceptor for medical students and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant students
Schedule and Shift Details
- Willingness to work off hours and overtime to attend to patients
- Provider will be required to rotate between all the Health Clinics as needed
