Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-level Pega solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 4–6+ years of hands-on Pega development
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead Architect/LSA role
• Pega LSA Certification is (mandatory).
• Pega Platform 7.x / 8.x / Infinity
• Case Management & BPM
• Data Modeling & Data Pages
• Constellation UI
• REST, SOAP, JMS, File & Database Integrations
• Security, Access Control & Performance Optimization
• Pega Guardrails and Team Leadership
• Pega Decisioning (preferred)

Schedule

• Hybrid
• This position requires onsite work, with a hybrid option depending on the location.
• Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
