Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
PeopleSoft Development: PeopleTools 8.56+, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2: Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
Oracle Database: Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers
Required Technical Skills:
3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Fluid UI development
Fluid UI homepages, responsive pages, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Navigation Collections
Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, OpenSearch, and Search Configuration
Integrations using APIs, Web Services, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Technical documentation, test plans, UAT support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
SAFe / Agile certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months
Global enterprise experience
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills
