Required Experience / Skills (Must Have)
• PeopleSoft HCM expertise with strong understanding of system design principles to lead analysis and definition of IT requirements.
• Experience with PUM upgrades, PeopleSoft Tools upgrades, and both Fluid and Classic / Classic+.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and implement business solutions within PeopleSoft HCM, including:
o HR
o Absence Management
o Time & Labour
o Payroll
o Benefits Administration
• Strong evaluation skills to compare PeopleSoft ERP options, propose recommendations, and clearly articulate pros/cons.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to recommend systems solutions aligned to IT strategy.
• Excellent communication skills:
o Verbal: translate technical topics into non-technical terms for business stakeholders
o Written: produce reports, presentations, system documentation, manuals
o Interpersonal: collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of project management practices/methodologies and experience leading enterprise HCM changes/optimizations, including change management and resource coordination.

Nice to Have
• Previous OPS / public sector experience.
