Key Responsibilities Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace for all employees. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and enhance operational efficiency. Participate in daily safety briefings and promote health and safety best practices. Assist in operating and maintaining mining equipment ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge on safety and teamwork with new hires. Engage with supervisors to promptly address operational or safety concerns. Monitor and report production metrics aligned with company goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate is required . Strong skills in safety practices and teamwork . Prior experience in mining or industrial environments is preferred but not mandatory . Familiarity with mining processes and equipment is an advantage .
