Collaborate closely with team members to consistently meet production targets and enhance operational efficiency. Participate in daily safety briefings and actively promote health and safety practices within the mining environment. Assist with operation and maintenance of mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge of best practices in safety and teamwork with new hires. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads to promptly address operational challenges and safety concerns. Monitor and report production metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate is mandatory. Strong skills in safety practices and teamwork collaboration. Previous mining or industrial experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mining processes and equipment is advantageous.
