Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Caregiver Company: Sandra Home Care LLC / U Neek Hands 4U Home Care Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, USA Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCA) / Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to clients in Indianapolis. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and supporting clients’ independence and safety. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks Support mobility, transfers, and ensure safety supervision Provide medication reminders (non-medical) Assist with transportation and errands as needed Observe and report any changes in client condition Complete required care notes and documentation accurately Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance Ability to pass a criminal background check Current CPR certification and TB test Strong communication skills and dependability Compassionate, professional, and time-management skills Schedule & Compensation: Part-time / PRN (as needed) with flexible shifts including 4-hour visits Weekday and occasional weekend availability required Pay range: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications About Us: Sandra Home Care LLC and U Neek Hands 4U Home Care LLC are locally owned non-medical home care agencies dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity and quality of life for individuals in their homes.
