Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Caregiver
Sandra Home Care LLC / U Neek Hands 4U Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Job Description:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Assist with transportation and errands as needed
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Complete required care notes and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current CPR certification and TB test
- Strong communication, dependability, and time-management skills
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time / PRN with flexible shifts including 4-hour visits
- Weekday and occasional weekend availability may be required
- Pay rate: $20.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
