Personal De Restaurante

Responsabilidades:

* Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

* Take dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately.

* Handle POS orders and payments.

* Prepare sides such as fries, onion rings, and other menu items.

* Pack takeout and delivery orders carefully and ensure all items are included.

* Check Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip, and Fantuan orders for accuracy.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and sides station.

* Restock sauces, packaging, drinks, and other supplies as needed.

* Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.

* Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns politely.

* Work as part of the team to ensure fast and efficient service.

* Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Requisitos:

* Customer service experience is an asset.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

* Must be able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness.

* Previous restaurant experience is preferred but training will be provided.
