What you’ll do:Draft legal pleadings, complaints, and essential documents specifically for personal injury casesPrepare and file legal forms accurately, including summons, civil case cover sheets, and ADR formsProvide comprehensive administrative and operational support to attorneys and the legal teamManage high-volume Outlook email communications, calendars, and case-related correspondenceMaintain meticulously organized case files to ensure all documentation is strictly accurate and up to dateUtilize AI-powered tools and modern technology to maximize workflow efficiency and daily productivity
We’re looking for someone who:Has proven previous experience working specifically within a Personal Injury law firm (This is a strict requirement)Possesses exceptional English proficiency (flawless written and professional spoken communication is required)Has strong, hands-on experience drafting legal documents and preparing court filingsDemonstrates an excellent understanding of personal injury legal processes and proceduresIs highly tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and a comfort level adopting AI productivity toolsCan remain calm, professional, and exceptionally organized in a high-pressure, fast-paced remote environment
