About the role
Advantage Insurance requires a Personal Lines Insurance Broker Level 1.
Tasks
- Work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert recommendations, and build and maintain strong relationships through customer service.
- Selling and servicing personal lines insurance products
- Providing clients with accurate information and professional advice
- Processing policy changes and updates in the Broker Management System/Rival TBW
- Managing client records and ensuring up-to-date documentation
- Maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- General Insurance License Level 1
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Experience as a Motor License Issuer is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
