Key Responsibilities

• Operate die-cutting and laminating machines with precision and safety.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Load materials and adjust machines according to job specifications.
• Collaborate with the team in planning and executing production projects.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss progress and process optimizations.
• Record and report production data to supervisors for continuous improvement.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma (Certificación de Bachillerato).
• Hands-on experience in die-cutting and related machinery operation.
• Knowledge of laminating processes and industrial tool handling.
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
