Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Tasks

• Providing compassionate personal care and daily living support
• Assisting clients living with Alzheimer's/Dementia with routines, safety, and comfort
• Supporting mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation
• Communicating effectively with families and our care coordination team
• Upholding the dignity, safety, and well-being of every client

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with clients with Alzheimer's/Dementia
• Valid CPR Certification
• Must live in or around the Kitchener/Cambridge area
• Valid driver's license/access to a vehicle is an asset (not required, but preferred)
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to client-centered care
