Role Description The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partner will operate and grow a remote, virtual language school under the Lingua Learn brand through a contract franchise agreement. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing activities, managing client inquiries, and coordinating online language courses for individual and corporate clients in Peru. The partner will recruit and support language trainers, ensure high-quality delivery of Lingua Learn curricula, and monitor performance metrics to increase enrollment and retention. Additional tasks include conducting local market research, developing partnerships with organizations and institutions, and collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team on branding, technology platforms, and operational best practices. This is a remote role that requires proactive business development, efficient administration, and alignment with Lingua Learn’s global standards.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, collaborate with trainers, and coordinate with the international Lingua Learn team.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand the local market, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate performance data.Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for professional correspondence, marketing content, and documentation.Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as organizing instructor onboarding and supporting quality assurance for online language delivery.Relevant experience in education, language training, franchise management, or business development is highly beneficial.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, are important.Comfort with online platforms, digital tools, and virtual collaboration is required; experience in e-learning or EdTech is an advantage.Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) are preferred for effective local and international communication.
