Pharmacist in Charge

Tasks

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Prepare, review and dispense appropriate pharmaceutical medications to patients.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure accurate prescription processing and appropriate medication dispensing.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Utilize pharmacy patient management systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current, active pharmacist license to practice in New York.
• Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Previous pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using pharmacy patient management systems.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• US citizens and Green Card holders are encouraged to apply.

• Relocation may be considered for qualified candidates.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break).
• Full-time

Pay

• Annual Salary: $140,000 – $150,000
