Pharmacy Technician

Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients. Maintain inventory by managing stock levels, conducting regular audits, and restocking medications as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Record medication orders and ensure accuracy in prescription filling and labeling. Manage and organize medication storage areas in compliance with safety regulations. Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven skills in attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and time management. Basic math skills for accurate medication preparation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in pharmacy practice or possession of relevant certifications is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer service protocols. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is ideal.
