Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony.
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to enable scalable software solutions.
- Ensure application security best practices are integrated into all phases of development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal functionality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Symfony, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with application security practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
