Physical Therapist

About the role

We're an independent, established outpatient practice that's been serving the Midland community for over 30 years.

Our therapists have full clinical autonomy, private treatment rooms, and a front-office team that handles scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and billing so you can focus entirely on patient care.

Tasks

• Every patient gets a full hour, one-on-one with their therapist.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Hold or be eligible for a Michigan PT license
• Committed to individualized, patient-centered care
• Interest in orthopedic and manual physical therapy
• Team-oriented and professional
• Dry needling and advanced manual therapy training are welcome but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• No double-booking, ever
• No evenings or weekends
• Flexible scheduling within the work week
• Part-time schedules available and discussed individually
• 40 paid hours per week (37 patient care + 3 for documentation)

Pay

• $77,000 - $90,000 per year
