Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Physical Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and screenings. Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals. Provide hands-on physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote healing and mobility. Document patient progress accurately and regularly in compliance with facility protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure integrated patient care. Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with industry practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Pennsylvania. Proficiency in clinical assessment and rehabilitation techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
