Job description
About the role
Partnership Health, an outpatient Family Practice in Hamilton, NJ.
Tasks
- Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness
- Evaluate and assess patients’ conditions to determine physical therapy needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to assist patients in regaining movement and strength
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of physiology and acute care practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy for patient care
- Experienced
Schedule
- Part-time
- 18 hours per week
- Mon/Wed: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexible hours available
