First Steps Child Development Neuro Rehab Center is hiring a full-time Pediatric Rehabilitation Physiotherapist in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Help children build physical abilities and reach meaningful rehabilitation goals in a collaborative, supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children’s physical abilities, needs, and limitations.
- Develop and deliver individualized pediatric physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate patient records, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate treatment goals and progress clearly with children and their families.
- Coordinate care with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other team members.
- Participate in professional development to stay current with pediatric rehabilitation practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) required; a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) specializing in pediatrics or neurology is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric physiotherapy or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion, teamwork, punctuality, and a goal-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with patient records and management software.
Compensation and Employment
