Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate the abilities and limitations of pediatric patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Provide effective therapeutic interventions in both one-on-one and group therapy settings to maximize patient outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using digital patient management systems to monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Communicate clearly and empathetically with children and their families to foster understanding, motivation, and adherence to therapy regimens. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to deliver integrated care plans. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) with specialization in Pediatrics or Neurology. Proven experience in pediatric physiotherapy or a closely related clinical field. Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate, punctual, and a team player with a goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with electronic health records and patient management software. Preferred: Experience working in pediatric rehabilitation centers or neuro rehab facilities.
