Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the plant clean and organized.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to uphold hygiene standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe workplace.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management.
• Assist in organizing plant supplies and materials to improve workflow.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
• Support team efforts to achieve cleanliness and operational efficiency goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage.

This role reports to the facility management team and requires active collaboration with team members and other departments to maintain high cleanliness standards and operational efficiency throughout the plant.
