Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead all operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring strong performance across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reliability, and operational efficiencyBuild and develop a high-performing, engaged workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous learningAct as a change agent, promoting innovation, problem-solving, and best practices across all site functionsEnsure consistent customer satisfaction through effective production planning, scheduling, and service deliveryManage financial performance, including cost control, productivity improvements, and inventory optimizationPartner with regional and global stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teamsDefine and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the siteEnsure full compliance with local regulations, environmental, health & safety (EHS) standards, and internal policies

What Makes You The Right Fit

University degree in Engineering, Industrial, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with at least 5 years in leadership rolesProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a manufacturing settingExperience in food, ingredients, chemical, or similar process industries is preferredStrong track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiativesSolid business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into operational resultsExperience leading change management and cultural transformation initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levelsProfessional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 / Upper Intermediate)Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage
