Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA desirableExperience: 3+ years as a Plant ManagerDeep knowledge of automotive cut-and-sew industrial processesExceptional communication, organization, and team leadership skillsInventory ManagementEnglish proficient, verbal and written (B2-C1)
