Plant Manager – Injection MoldingThis is the senior operational leader for a 24/7 manufacturing facility within a global plastics organization.
The Plant Manager has full responsibility for plant performance across manufacturing, production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, safety, facilities, and quality. This role owns site-level strategy and execution, partnering directly with the COO while leading a 100+ employee operation.
This is a broad, high-accountability leadership position with full P&L responsibility and long-term capacity planning ownership.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESLead all plant operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, tooling, quality, safety, and facilitiesDrive manufacturing performance aligned with quality, delivery, and cost targetsOwn P&L results for the siteOversee capital planning, equipment investment, and inventory strategyEstablish short- and long-term operational goals including capacity planning and site optimizationPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and HRBuild and develop the manufacturing leadership teamStrengthen operational discipline, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts
