Plant Supply Manager, LATAM | Commercial Partnerships & Business Operations

Requirements

• Current residence in Querétaro is required
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or commercial partner management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external partners, propagators, and breeders.
• Advanced English, spoken and written.
• Agricultural industry experience; berries or plant material preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and process improvement capabilities.
• Availability for approximately 15% travel, mainly within Mexico, with occasional international trips.
