Interested applicants are advised to signify their interest through writing. Attach the following documents to the application letter and send it to the address below.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
1) Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS, CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) with Work Experience Sheet (WES);
2) Performance Rating (PR) in the Last Rating Period (If applicable); and for those without PR, shall attach the Certification of No Performance Rating from their previous/present employer;
3) Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility, Rating or License;
4) Photocopy of Transcript of Records and/or Diploma;
5) Photocopy of Certificate of Participation/Attendance to Training, Seminars, Workshops, etc.; and
6) Service Record or Certificate of Employment (if with previous employment).
