We are looking for a hands-on Platform Architect with deep Playwright expertise to define and build scalable automation architecture, frameworks, and engineering standards.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Define automation architecture, coding standards, design patterns, folder structures, reusable components, and governance.
Build scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, Page Object Model (POM), fixtures, hooks, utilities, and custom reporters.
Implement cross-browser, parallel, headless, and distributed test execution.
Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Establish quality gates, engineering guardrails, and test reliability standards.
Drive flaky-test triage, coverage strategy, test quarantine policies, and automation quality.
Provide strong code reviews and technical leadership while remaining hands-on with coding.
Leverage AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar tools to improve engineering productivity.
Scale automation frameworks and best practices across multiple engineering teams.

🎯 Required Experience
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Expert in TypeScript / JavaScript.
Deep Playwright architecture and framework development experience.
Strong CI/CD and GitHub Actions background.
Proven experience defining automation standards, frameworks, and governance.
Strong technical leadership and code review skills
