Requirements
- 10+ years of Agile delivery experience.
- Proven experience as an RTE or equivalent platform-level Agile leader.
- Experience coordinating at least 10 Scrum Masters/Product Teams simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in SAFe and large-scale Agile event facilitation.
- Experience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be based in the Houston, TX area.
