Position Overview
As the Plumbing Technical Services Lead, you will ensure all plumbing services meet G.E. Mechanical’s quality standards. You will review completed plumbing work, provide technical guidance, and verify ticket accuracy to bridge the gap between fieldwork completion and customer invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review plumbing service tickets for time, materials, photos, and equipment to confirm work matches descriptions and industry standards
- Communicate with technicians to clarify technical details
- Report and resolve quality issues with management
- Prepare plumbing quotes based on technician input, unit condition, and industry standards
