Position Overview
The Plumbing Technical Services Lead reviews completed plumbing work and supports the transition from field service to accurate customer invoicing. You will assess service tickets, guide technicians on technical questions, identify quality concerns, and prepare plumbing quotes based on technician recommendations and equipment condition.
Responsibilities
- Review plumbing service tickets for accurate time, materials, photos, and equipment details.
- Confirm that documented work matches the service description and meets company and industry standards.
- Contact technicians to clarify technical information and complete ticket details.
- Report quality issues or concerns to management and help resolve them as directed.
- Prepare plumbing quotes using technician recommendations, equipment age and condition, and industry standards.
- Help ensure completed work is accurately documented before customer invoicing.
