Cassiem Feza is hiring a skilled Plumbing Services Technician for our Cape Town, Western Cape location. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of ZAR 20,000. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Perform geyser installations compliant with safety regulations and standards. Conduct leak detection and promptly resolve plumbing issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and plumbing needs. Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance and emergency repairs efficiently. Accurately document all service calls and repairs for quality assurance and records. Stay current with the latest plumbing technologies and industry best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship. Proficiency in plumbing systems, geyser installation, and leak detection. Relevant plumbing certifications are preferred. Experience using plumbing tools and equipment. Valid driver’s license is advantageous. Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience preferred. As part of our skilled trades team, you will report to the Plumbing Services Manager and collaborate closely with other technicians and customer service representatives to deliver outstanding results and client satisfaction.
