🌍 Global Volunteer Internship: Podcast Team at International Humanity Foundation About Carol Sasaki and the International Humanity Foundation (IHF) The International Humanity Foundation (IHF), led by Carol Sasaki, is a global non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education and grassroots leadership. Our mission is rooted in transparency and sharing authentic stories from resilient communities in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia . Role Overview: Join "The Narrative Unit" Podcast Team As a Podcast Team Intern, you will be at the storytelling core of IHF’s media division. This role blends leadership with digital media by producing long-form audio content that explores the philosophy behind our work. You will assist in recording and editing interviews with the CEO and global leaders, helping to humanize data and inspire a worldwide audience. Key Responsibilities Podcast Production: Support scripting, recording, and post-production of CEO podcasts and leadership interviews. Content Repurposing: Identify impactful audio clips for use by Social Media and Fundraising teams in global campaigns. Library Coordination: Organize and manage audio assets within the Media Box for access by 40+ IHF teams worldwide. Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions on "Interview Narrative Structure" and IHF’s brand voice for new team members. Qualifications & Requirements Storytelling Flair: Passion for narrative-driven content and digital media trends. Technical Interest: Basic knowledge of audio recording and digital storytelling (training on IHF software provided). Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate digital assets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
