Lead portfolio governance and delivery for Contact Center and AI transformation initiatives with a financial client.

Requirements

7+ years of portfolio/program management experience
Strong executive communication and reporting skills
Expertise in Snowflake/SQL and Tableau, Excel, or Power BI
Contact Center technology experience-especially Genesys, IVR, call routing, and workforce optimization-is a plus.
