Job description
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING CREWS
ROLE TYPE:
Full-time or Part-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
1) ROUGH CLEAN (POST-FRAMING/DRYWALL)
- Remove large trash, scraps, and leftover building materials.
- Sweep or vacuum coarse debris before final finishes are installed.
2) LIGHT / TOUCH-UP CLEAN (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL)
- Dust and wipe down all high and low surfaces, including walls, trim, baseboards, doors, frames, and window sills.
3) FINAL DEEP CLEAN (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL)
- Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances.
- Polish glass, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Vacuum using HEPA filters and mop hard floors until completely free of fine drywall dust and smudges.
4) EXTERIOR CLEANUP (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL)
- Clear away packaging, tape, and stray debris from yards, walkways, and driveways.
