ROLE TYPE:
Full-time or Part-Time

Primary Goal:
Transform a destroyed construction site into a spotless, move-in-ready space.

Work Environment:
Active or recently completed indoor and outdoor construction sites – commercial or retail – properties.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Rough Clean (POST-FRAMING/DRYWALL)
- Remove large trash, scraps, and leftover building materials.
- Sweep or vacuum coarse debris before final finishes are installed.

2) Light / Touch-Up Clean (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL)
- Dust and wipe down all high and low surfaces, including walls, trim, baseboards, doors, frames, and window sills.

3) Final Deep Clean (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL)
- Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances.
- Polish glass, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Vacuum using HEPA filters and more hard floors until completely free of dirt, dry dust, and debris.

4) Exterior Cleanup (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL)
- Clear way packaging, tape, and stray debris from yards, walkways, and driveways.
