Job description
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
1) ROUGH CLEAN (POST-FRAMING/DRYWALL): Remove large trash, scraps, and leftover building materials. Sweep or vacuum coarse debris before final finishes are installed.
2) LIGHT / TOUCH-UP CLEAN (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL): Dust and wipe down all high and low surfaces, including walls, trim, baseboards, doors, frames, and window sills.
3) FINAL DEEP CLEAN (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL): Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances. Polish glass, mirrors, and fixtures. Vacuum using HEPA filters and more hard floors until completely free of any dust and smudges.
4) EXTERIOR CLEANUP (COMMERCIAL / RETAIL): Clear away packaging, tape, and stray debris from yards, walkways, and driveways.
Work environment: Active or recently completed indoor and outdoor construction sites—commercial or retail—part-time.
