Pre-Lit Paralegal

Mama Justice is looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal who knows how to keep a heavy caseload moving and doesn't get rattled when things get busy. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone seasoned, dependable, and confident in their ability to manage pre-lit cases from start to finish.

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
In-office position

We are looking for someone who:
• stays three steps ahead
• keeps deadlines from slipping
• knows how to manage clients, providers, adjusters, and attorneys
• can prioritize without being told what to do next
• moves fast, stays organized, and follows through
• already understands the world of personal injury

*Tupelo is our preferred location, but we will consider the right candidate for any of our offices: Tupelo, Jackson, Columbus, or Southaven, MS or Decatur, AL.
