Bright Kids Montessori is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children while supporting their educational, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
* Follow daily schedules and classroom activities.
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
* Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff members.
* Assist children with daily routines and educational activities.
* Pick children up from school as needed.
* Ensure children are safely transported and properly secured during transportation.

Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
* Valid driver's license or state-issued identification card.
* Clean driving record.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check.
* Ability to work well with children, parents, and coworkers.
* Previous childcare experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
* CPR and First Aid certification.
* Experience working in a preschool, childcare center, or Montessori environment.
* Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

* Monday through Friday
* Day shift
