Press Operator

Tasks

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing press equipment
• Perform equipment adjustments and changeovers
• Monitor ink levels, color consistency, registration, and print quality
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and inspect finished products
• Complete production documentation and perform routine maintenance
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous press operation or manufacturing machine experience preferred
• Flexographic printing experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight

Schedule

• Overnight (3rd Shift)
• Full-time
• Direct hire position - no temp work.
• Permanent, full-time employment from day one

Pay

• $22–$28/hr
