Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ingeniero de Preventa Pro AV, located in Santiago, Chile. The role involves providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process, integrating solutions into clients' systems, and ensuring that MAXHUB products meet security and operational requirements. The Ingeniero de Preventa Pro AV will also collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs and requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Integration for AV solutionsStrong experience in Presales and Sales, with a focus on client-centered approachesKnowledge of Security measures related to AV and IT systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field (preferred)Ability to work on-site and effectively communicate with clients and the internal teamFamiliarity with collaboration technology solutions is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage
