🚨 WE ARE HIRING: Principal Consultant – SAP HCM / Payroll 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Principal SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management.
📌 Job Title: Principal Consultant – SAP HCM/Payroll, Compensation & Time Management
📍 Location: Nashville, TN 37203
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months
🎥 Interview: Virtual
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP Benefits, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
10+ years of experience in US Payroll.
Experience with Off-Cycle Payroll processing.
🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills:
Integration experience between Kronos, CATS, SAP and Time Quotas.
🔹 Additional Responsibilities:
Payroll postings and month-end accruals.
401(k) processing.
Payroll tax reporting and compliance.
SAP HCM configuration and support.
