Principal/Senior Engineer – Java, Kafka, MongoDB, Azure & Kubernetes

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and document high-quality technical solutions.
• Build scalable, reliable, and reusable software components.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve systemic technical issues.
• Drive architectural best practices and manage technical debt.
• Identify and address scalability, latency, and system reliability challenges.
• Implement security-conscious development practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.

Requirements

• experience: 5-7 years
• Visa: H1B preferred (i-140 Approved)
• 3+ years of experience in Java
• 3+ years of experience in Apache Kafka
• 2+ years of experience in MongoDB
• 3+ years of Multi-Cloud exposure / working knowledge
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Experience with OOAD, UML, TDD, Java Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Design Patterns, and Disaster Recovery.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies.
