Job description
About the role
Help rearchitect Green Dot's Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform using modern cloud-native technologies.
Tasks
- Provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and design highly scalable, secure, and reliable distributed systems supporting banking and payment services.
Requirements
- Strong experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Azure / AWS cloud-native application development.
- Microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- REST APIs, OAuth2, and OpenAPI.
- Azure APIM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault.
- CI/CD, GitHub, TeamCity, and Blue-Green Deployments.
- Datadog, Grafana, and observability.
- Financial services security standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2).
- Principal / Staff Software Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Software Architects with strong hands-on engineering, system design and technical leadership experience.
- Candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area
