Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Python and .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Lead thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Implement robust testing procedures to ensure software reliability and high performance. Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using advanced debugging tools and techniques. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements within the engineering team. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development focusing on Python and .NET. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural design principles. Experience with database management and data pipeline integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus. Industry certifications in software engineering or related technologies are highly valued.
