Maintain a safe and inclusive school atmosphere that encourages respect and teamwork among all stakeholders. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Preferred certification in Educational Leadership or relevant teaching credentials. Proficiency with educational software and tools that enhance the teaching and learning experience.
