Job description
Tasks
- Develop and deliver role-based clinical application training
- Support Epic implementation, testing, workflow optimization, and go-live readiness
- Conduct Super User and End User training
- Troubleshoot application and training issues with technical teams
- Support clinical staff across multiple healthcare locations
Requirements
- Active Epic Cupid #Certification - Required
- 3–5 years of clinical applications, Epic training, or healthcare IT experience
- Clinical workflow knowledge and Epic implementation support
- Experience developing training materials and delivering end-user training
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
